Cutthorpe Village Hall

Serving the local people and the wider community

Cutthorpe Village Hall known as the Institute is in the heart of the beautiful village of Cutthorpe, close to the village green and conveniently located just minutes from the bustling town of Chesterfield. It has a large main hall along with a fully equipped kitchen with serving hatch. To the side and rear is a fully enclosed grassed area for outdoor activities. Parking is available just across the road on Common Lane.

The hall has a number of regular users from both within the village and from the surrounding area. It is available for hire at weekends or during the week for parties, dinners, classes, meetings and performances and offers an attractive, affordable venue for up to 50 guests, seated or more as an informal gathering.

 

Cutthorpe Village Hall, also known as Cutthorpe Institute, is owned by Brampton Parish Council and managed on their behalf by "Cutthorpe Village Hall (2018)" which is a registered charity*. A management committee incorporating elected volunteer trustees of the charity are responsible for its operation, supported by further volunteers who provide invaluable support on a day to day basis.
